Austin Hot Trax band made our wedding night one that we will always remember! 
They were flexible and easy to work with and even learned 3 songs for us! 
My mom noticed and was amazed at the fact that all generations were out on the dance floor at the same time and not one person wanted to leave the celebration once it was time to leave! 
They were very interactive, friendly and definitely put on a great show! 
I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a fun and memorable wedding reception!

What a wonderful wedding and great reception we had!! We owe so much of it to the attitude, professionalism and great talent of Austin Hot Trax!

I want to let you and the band know that next to the location, the band was the most talked about and highly praised element of the wedding. We have been asked who they are, how we found them, where they are located out of and how they can book them for other parties and events!

I'll start with Robert's professionalism. As soon as we talked last he called me promptly and spent 20 minutes on the phone going over any questions I had and talking about everything from music preferences to what styles the family liked. Thereafter, I felt thoroughly communicated with and taken care of. I knew if I had requests they would be met and that I could call anytime, but Robert always was a step ahead and contacted me first.

The day of the reception I didn't have to worry about a thing. Between the band and our event coordinator, they had it under control. All of our dances went great - we had 3 first dances with the bride and groom and parents - then I had one very special request. My father's name is James Brown, so after people had settled and cooled off a bit, the band knew just when to call the Father of the Bride out for a very special song. They kidded with him and coaxed him out on the dance floor and got the whole audience involved before they launched into "I Feel Good" by James Brown and my Dad turned into the man himself and we kicked the party off! After that people never left the dance floor. The band kept everyone having a great time - the sax player was awesome, he came out and played to guests and then gave me a high five! The tambourine and lead singers were a HIT! They made the night! And the rest of the band came out on to the dance floor and let guests sing, play, request songs, and just have the time of their lives. I am serious when I say Austin Hot Trax made my reception! And I also want to let you know that they were one of the best values we received throughout our entire wedding experience.

Also, personally, I also want to thank them - and this is just a testament to their professionalism - for the dance from my husband to me. I had let them know that he had a special song he would like to hear from groom to b ride. What we didn't specify was when it was to be played. I just assumed it would be during a break and we would just know it was for us. But after the cake cutting and sentimental toasts from the family, Jeremy winged it and said some sweet words to me and the band automatically picked up on that that moment as a perfect time for the song and launched right into it. It was so special to us because it was not scripted and so special to our guests to hear his words and the words to the song. More people have talked about that moment and how it showed our true love for each other.

Again, I cannot tell you how many compliments we have received. One of the guests who was in the back commented that the band was even having fun and great and personable BACKSTAGE! And our event coordinator said they were wonderful to work with and that Horseshoe Bay will be recommending them to other couples in the future. And even after the event, I had an email from Robert the day after thanking us for letting them be a part of our special day. My experience with Austin Hot Trax and with Book-A-Band has truly been one of the BEST experiences I have had with wedding planning and just wanted to thank you and Austin Hot Trax for all of the assistance and professionalism. I am an event planner by profession, so I expect a lot from vendors, and I was truly impressed with the way everything was handled. I would highly recommend Austin Hot Trax to anyone in the future - and Book-A-Band - and plan on sending them a formal recommendation and Thank You in the near future.

Guys, thank you so much, I don't have the words for how awesome your performance was.  I have to be honest, of all the components of our wedding yours was the one I was the most concerned about just because your price was so good, although Kirk did explain that, and there weren't any opportunities to hear you live before the wedding, but you guys absolutely blew the doors off that place and delivered in a way that frankly some of our more established vendors with sterling reputations did not.  The raves came in all night, I mean people would literally corner me and go on and on about how good y'all were.

Unfortunately my time is tight today as I'm leaving for my two-week honeymoon this afternoon, but when I get back I want to set right one mistake I made in the confusion of the night and send you all a little something extra.  A performance like that, particularly when you gave me such a good deal, deserves it.  One I can't set right is that I didn't mention the band by name in my speeches, but you can bet that I will sing your praises to anyone who will listen going forward.  In fact my next e-mail is going to be to a rep I was interacting with (when I was looking to sign another band who would NOT have been as good at almost twice the price) who also books y'all and I'm going to tell her that if she wants happy customers she should send them your way.

Finding a perfect band to play at your wedding can be very difficult especially while planning everything else for the big day.  Fortunately we found Austin Hot Trax and they made our wedding night a night to remember.  They were able to transform from a lovely dinner set with songs from Frank Sinatra and Etta James into hours of upbeat songs that got all of our guest on the dance floor.  Having a wide variety of songs to choose from made it simple to put together a custom set list for the entire evening by making it uniquely ours!  Not only were we impressed with the choice of songs, but each member of the band impressed us with their professional and kindness which made us feel at ease the entire evening.  They were a dream to work with!  They took care of making sure they had the right audio for our first dance and father/daughter dance- one less thing we had to worry about!!!  Our guests were also blown away by Austin Hot Trax and we still receive complements about how fun and amazing our band was at the wedding.  Thanks Austin Hot Trax for making our wedding truly a special and memorable event for years to come!
